Using ExamShuffle

ExamShuffle is free to use. There is no account and no login. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Your content

You keep all rights to whatever you upload. By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We claim no ownership over your content and use it only to produce the shuffled versions you asked for.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you do not have the right to upload, use the service to break the law, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for other people.

No warranty

The parser that reads your document is imperfect — that is exactly why the review screen exists, so you can correct anything it misread before generating anything from it. Check the output before you print it or hand it to a student. ExamShuffle is not responsible for an error that reaches an exam because it was not caught there.

Limitation of liability

ExamShuffle is a small, free tool. To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, including a mistake in a document you generated. Use your own judgment before relying on the output for something that matters.
